Tiles & Tonic ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through tilesandtonic.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Booking requests: When you submit our booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the details of your request. This information is delivered to us by Netlify Forms and used only to respond to your inquiry and arrange your event.

Newsletter: If you join our email list, your email address is stored with Kit (ConvertKit), our email service provider. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

Payments: When payments are processed, they are handled by Stripe, Venmo, or Zelle. We never see or store your card numbers.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Third-party services

This site uses Netlify (hosting and forms), Kit (email newsletter), Behold (Instagram feed display), Google Fonts, and Instagram embeds. Each processes limited technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver its service, under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete the information you've sent us by emailing tilesandtonic@gmail.com.
